We recognise that poor product performance resulting in a poor consumer experience can have a significant impact on the brand and associated product sales.

It's unfortunate that the expansion of global distribution platforms has also resulted in a rise of cloned (fake) products, or genuine products that have been sourced through illegitimate channels, often damaging customer brand experience, loyalty and future revenue. Salom performs suspect product purchase, testing and tear-down to gather the evidence required by the platforms and safety enforcement agencies to remove such products from the market, protect the brand and in doing so, enhance the consumer experience with genuine product purchase and support.
