Salom highlights value at Philips supplier convention

On Sep 27 & 28, 2016, Salom was again invited to attend the annual Philips global supplier event where the very best of Philips strategic suppliers gather to listen to Philips top management including their CEO and CPO giving updates on the Philips strategy and performance and how as key suppliers we can participate, contribute and benefit in the future.

In 2016 Philips Perform to Outperform session, Philips announced that all the invited supplier attendees are regarded as one of 120 Best of Best Suppliers from their extensive global supply base. In addition, Salom was honored to be further recognized and nominated for 2 of the supplier award categories in both “Cost” and “Sustainability” performance. In the Sustainability category Salom was one of only 11 companies shortlisted and even more impressively, in the Cost category Salom was one of only 4 to be selected.

Everyone should be proud of our achievements in 2016 and be encouraged for the future. In the mean time ,we will continue to work hard and improve with the hope that in 2017 we are fortunate enough to win some of the awards.
